Ahmed Abu Abla, the team's doctor, stated that Ahmed Nabil "Koka" suffers from COVID-19 complications and will be rested for six weeks. 

Abu Abla said that Koka underwent several medical check-ups after testing positive for COVID-19, which confirmed that he is suffering from coronavirus complications, adding that the player's condition is stable.
