Al Ahly’s defender, Ayman Ashraf returned back to the team’s full training sessions on Sunday at El Tetsh Stadium.

The club’s director of football, Sayed Abdelhafiz confirmed that Ashraf is ready to join the team’s training sessions after recovering from his calf injury.

On a similar note, Al Ahly’s football first team resumed their training sessions on Sunday morning after having a 24-hour rest on Saturday.

The Red Eagles are expected to have their second training session of the week on Monday morning, as part of the team’s preparations for our upcoming match against Sudan’s Merrikh SC.

Lastly, the club’s football first team will travel to Sudan on Wednesday where Al Ahly will be facing Al Merrikh SC on April 3 in the fifth fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage.
