Our winger Salah Mohsen was happy after helping the team to achieve a 2-0 win over Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa in the first leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals on Saturday night.

Salah netted the second goal in the game after coming from the bench, giving Al Ahly an advantage ahead of the second leg in South Africa.

“Winning is more important than scoring goals. We are capable of securing a spot in the semi-finals at South Africa and continue the journey to defend our title.”
