Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, Al Ahly’s president, made sure to honor the late great, Mohamed Abdelwaheb during Al Ahly’s tenth star celebration, which was held on Tuesday at El Tetsh Stadium.

El Khatib received Abdelwahab’s mother on the stage during the ceremony, following the display of a short film about Abdelwahab’s career.

Abdelwahab will always be one of the club’s greats and his memory will be celebrated forever. Al Ahly fans do not forget the contributions of their loyal sons.

The tenth-star celebration hosted a star-studded attendance, including our legends, former board members, and several of the nation’s sports figures, who are celebrating with us the launch of our new logo.
