Al Ahly first-team players will receive the third dose of malaria medication on Friday. 

The head of medical staff, Dr. Ahmed Abo Abla previously set three doses for all the players that traveled to Tanzania. The players already received two doses and they will take the third dose on Friday.

Al Ahly's delegation in Tanzania returned back to Cairo in the early hours of Wednesday morning after facing Tanzania's Simba SC in Matchday 2 of the CAF Champions League.
