Al Ahly SC sent a letter on Monday morning to the Confederation of African Football (CAF) discussing the unusual actions on social media in the past few hours ahead of our game against Raja Casablanca in Morocco in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals.  

The letter highlighted the strong relationship between Al Ahly and Raja Casablanca, which was reflected in the first leg in Cairo. 

Al Ahly mentioned in the letter the respect to Raja Casablanca's board of directors and the trust in Raja's fans to represent their club in the best possible way. 

The letter also discussed the unacceptable behaviour on social media that spread hate speech and Incitement against Al Ahly's delegation, that will head to Morocco to play the second leg. 

Moreover, Al Ahly called on CAF to moderate the situation and give the required attention for a match of this magnitude in order to ensure the safety of both teams and ensure fair play.
