Al Ahly’s football-first team carried out their pre-match training session for Friday’s encounter against Al Hilal of Sudan on Thursday at the Blue Jewel Stadium.

Pitso Mosimane, Al Ahly’s football first-team head coach, held a tactical meeting for his players at the start of the session.

Afterward, our players carried multiple fitness and football drills; while, our goalkeepers: Ali Lotfy, Hamza Alaa, and Moustafa Shobeir had an intense session led by Michel Iannacone, Al Ahly’s goalkeepers’ coach.

The team’s session was then rounded off with a training match, which saw the implementation of several tactical points ahead of Friday’s game.

Al Ahly will face Al Hilal of Sudan at the Blue Jewel Stadium on Friday at 3:00 PM on Matchday 2 of the CAF Champions League group stage.
