Al Ahly women's volleyball team defeated Zamalek 3-1 on Monday night in the Egyptian League. 

The Red Eagles put on a strong performance at home and outclassed their opponents to win the match. 

After losing the first set by six points, our ladies bounced back in the following three sets to win the game. 

"It is always special to win the derby. I was sure that we will win the match despite losing the first set. We have a strong squad and they proved that tonight in the derby." Hamdy El Safy, Al Ahly head coach, stated.
