Abdelhafiz Reflects on Our Victory Against Al Ittihad

Our Director of Football, Sayed Abdelhafiz commented on the team’s 4-0 victory over Al Ittihad Alexandria in the third fixture of the Egyptian Premier League. 

Abdelhafiz highlighted the importance of today’s victory, saying that the team was able to achieve an important win over a tough opponent like Al Ittihad Alexandria. 

“Our coaching staff analyzed Al Ittihad very well in order to determine their strengths and weaknesses. Kahraba’s goal opened the game and allowed us to control the match.”

“We still have a long a journey ahead of us in the league. Our coaching staff is currently handling everything really well. They know how to deal with the league games, and the CAF Champions League games.”

“We will start preparing for Wadi Degla, as they are a strong opponent and are currently performing well in the Egyptian Premier League.”

“Al Ahly’s squad has a lot of talented players, which is a positive thing for us especially that we are competing in more than one competition at the same time.”

“Therefore, we need all our players to be ready to play at any moment. Moreover, the competitiveness between all the players will allow us to be show our best performance in all the tournaments."

Lastly, Abdelhafiz confirmed that he has complete faith in all of our players, adding that Al Ahly might sign new players in the future.
