Al Ahly Board of Directors, headed by Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, assigned the club’s Director of Football, Sayed Abdelhafiz, to lead Al Ahly’s delegation to Niger.
Abdelhafiz was assigned instead of the club’s board member Mohamed El Damaty after testing positive for COVID-19.
The Red Eagles will travel to Niger on Sunday to face AS SONIDEP on Wednesday 23rd of December in the first leg of the CAF Champions League round of 32.
