The Board of Directors of Al Ahly, chaired by Captain Mahmoud El Khatib, started their meeting on Wednesday by expressing their heartfelt thanks to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi for ratifying Sports Law No. 71 of 2017, as amended by Law No. 171 of 2025.
This move highlights the President's strong commitment to sports, positioning it as a core element in the framework of the new republic.
The board also praised the significant contributions of the Ministry of Youth and Sports in drafting the law, which aims to further the development and growth of Egyptian sports.
