Al Ahly’s management has announced a comprehensive plan to ensure member comfort and smooth organisation ahead of the club’s General Assembly meeting on 31 October, during which a new board of directors will be elected.
Preparations include the early posting of membership lists in prominent locations around the club’s Gezira headquarters, allowing each member to easily identify their designated voting committee.
In addition, dedicated inquiry points will be set up to provide assistance and respond to questions regarding the voting process and organizational details.
To further facilitate the experience, the club will provide golf carts to transport elderly members and those with special needs between the gates and voting stations.
Al Ahly has also secured rental agreements for nearby parking facilities, including the Opera, West District, and Teachers’ garages, to ensure ample parking space for members attending the elections.
