Measures include prominently displaying membership lists at various locations within the club to help members easily find their assigned committee numbers.

Information points will be set up on-site to offer assistance and respond to any queries related to voting or general logistics.

The club will also provide golf carts to transport members between the club’s gates and the designated voting areas, minimizing any inconvenience.

Moreover, Al Ahly has arranged for free access to nearby parking garages, specifically those at the Opera, Teachers’ Syndicate, and West District, for the duration of the meeting.
