Al Ahly’s board of directors, chaired by Mahmoud El Khatib, said on Monday it had reviewed the decision of the central administrative authority to ratify the proceedings of the club’s extraordinary general assembly held on 19 September 2025.
The board thanked members for their strong turnout and sense of responsibility toward the club, and praised staff for helping ensure the assembly was conducted in a manner reflecting Al Ahly’s stature and large membership.
It also noted the publication in the Official Gazette of amendments to certain articles of the club’s bylaws, in line with Law No. 171 of 2025, in issue No. 210D dated 21 September 2025.
