Al Ahly’s football first team defeated the youth team 4-1 on Thursday at El Tetsh Stadium in a friendly game.
Our veteran Walid Soliman participated with the first team normally in the game after he recovered from his hamstring muscle injury.
In the 20th minute, the youth team took the lead, thanks to Amr Anwar’s efforts from a range.
However, the first team’s defender Badr Benoun managed to equalize the score in the 22nd minute.
Our first team kept the pressure, and in the 28th minute, Benoun completed his brace to make the result 2-1.
The minutes went on, and in the 31st minute, the first team’s striker Marwan Mohsen netted the third goal, while Ahmed Sayed Ghareb scored the fourth goal in the 49th minute.
