Al Ahly’s football first team delegation to South Africa underwent a COVID-19 test on Saturday, as part of the team’s preparations for Qatar’s trip.
The Red Eagles are set to fly to Qatar to face RS Berkane of Morocco in the CAF Super Cup game, scheduled on Friday.
On a similar note, Al Ahly are set to face Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals on Saturday, after beating them 2-0 in the first leg in Cairo.
