Al Ahly’s head of medical staff, Dr. Ahmed Abu Able, announced that the team’s defender, Ayman Ashraf, is fully fit for the game against Tanzania’s Simba SC, scheduled on Tuesday.
Ashraf will join full training on Saturday after taking part in part of the team’s training on Friday.
Al Ahly are set to face Simba SC on Tuesday in Matchday 2 of the CAF Champions League group stage.
