After trailing 24-21 in the first quarter, Al Ahly bounced back in the second, taking a 50-46 lead at halftime. Tactical adjustments and a correction of earlier mistakes were key to their turnaround.
The team maintained their momentum in the third quarter, edging ahead 66-65, before holding their nerve in the final period to seal the win.
This victory comes on the heels of Al Ahly's recent triumph in the domestic League, where they defeated Al Ittihad Alexandria to claim the title.
