Newly appointed Al Ahly coach Jess Thorup is set to arrive in Cairo on Thursday along with his backroom staff.
The 55-year-old, Thorup will be accompanied by five assistants, including two assistant coaches, a fitness trainer, a goalkeeping coach, and a technical analyst.
Thorup will begin his duties with the record African champions on Friday.
The Red Eagles announced, Wednesday the signing of the Danish tactician as head coach of the senior football team on a two-and-a-half-year contract.
