Mahmoud El Khatib, Al Ahly’s president, received Esperance’s delegation, headed by the club’s president Hamdi Meddeb, at Cairo International Airport on Thursday.
Esperance’s delegation arrived in Cairo on Thursday in order to face Al Ahly in the second leg of the CAF Champions League semi-finals.
Al Ahly will go head to head against Esperance on Saturday at Al Ahly WE Al Salam Stadium in the second leg of the competition, after defeating the Tunisian team 1-0 in the first leg.
