Komsan: We Achieved An Important Victory

Al Ahly’s assistant coach Sami Komsan spoke following the team’s 3-1 victory against Misr Lel Makkasa SC in the opening fixture of the 2020-2021 Egyptian Premier League competition.

Komsan expressed his opinion about today’s game stating that Al Ahly managed to achieve an important victory.

“The players managed to regain balance once again especially after Makkasa’s equalizing goal. Moreover, all teams try to be at their best performance when they play against us.”

“We still didn’t reach our best level yet, especially that the team just came out from a tough period which affected the players’ fitness levels, but I believe that the best is yet to come.”

“Aliou Dieng took some minutes in today’s game  especially after being sidelined for a while and everything worked as planned.”

“The coaching staff is currently working to create new incentives for the players and I believe that everything is going well until now.”
