Al Ahly will face Misr Insurance Club in a friendly game on Thursday at El Tetsh Stadium as part of the team’s preparations for our upcoming game in the CAF Champions League semi-finals.

Our coaching staff, headed by Pitso Mosimane, will aim to involve the players who recently recovered from their injures in today’s friendly game. 

Additionally, Mosimane and his assistants will also make sure that the team remains at a good fitness level, especially after the postponement of Friday’s game against Enppi in the Egyptian Cup.

On a similar note, our players began their preparations on Tuesday for the CAF Champions League semis after having a 48-hour rest following their arrival from Qatar.

The Red Eagles are set to face Tunisia’s Esperance on 19 June in the first leg of the CAF Champions League semis.
