Al Ahly's board of directors, chaired by club president Mahmoud El Khatib, has appointed Khaled Mortagy, the club’s treasurer, as the head of the delegation for the upcoming Egyptian Super Cup in the UAE.
Mortagy will oversee all travel arrangements and logistics, collaborating closely with Walid Salah Eldin, the team’s football director, to ensure players and coaching staff are fully prepared ahead of their departure on Monday for the tournament.
The 2025 Egyptian Super Cup will be held in Abu Dhabi from 6 to 9 November, featuring Egypt’s top four clubs: Al Ahly, Zamalek, Pyramids, and Ceramica Cleopatra.
Al Ahly will face Ceramica Cleopatra in the opening match on Thursday, 6 November.
