New COVID-19 Test For Mosimane

Al Ahly Director of Football Sayed Abdelhafiz stated that our head coach Pitso Mosimane will undergo a COVID-19 test to check on his status and to set a date for his return to the team. 

Abdelhafiz said that Mosimane’s last test came positive and he is currently self-isolating, according to the Ministry of Health’s protocol. 

Abdelhafiz also stressed that Mosimane was in constant communication with the team’s delegation in Niger to check on the players’ training plan. 

On a similar note, Al Ahly succeeded to defeat AS SONIDEP 1-0 on Wednesday in the first leg of the CAF Champions League round of 32.
