Egypt’s President, Abdel Fattah El-Sisi was keen to congratulate Al Ahly on winning the bronze medal in the 2020 FIFA Club World Cup.
The official Twitter account of President El-Sisi tweeted: “Congratulations for Al Ahly’s football first team on winning third place in the 2020 FIFA Club World Cup and for their excellent performances throughout the whole tournament. I also affirm that the state would spare no effort in supporting and sponsoring sports and Egyptian youth in all team and individual sports. Finally, I wish for the continued progress and success for Egyptian sports at all levels.
