Shalaby reviews final preparations for Al Ahly board elections

Al Ahly Executive Director dr. Saad Shalaby held a series of meetings with branch managers and department heads this week as part of final preparations for the club’s upcoming board elections, scheduled to take place during the General Assembly on 31 October.

Shalaby reviewed key organizational and logistical arrangements for the vote, including the setup of registration and polling stations at the Gezira branch, the allocation of electoral committees, and the implementation of technical systems to support electronic voting and digital membership verification.

He stressed the need for coordination among various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient election day, urging collaboration between teams overseeing logistics, security, medical services, and media operations.

Shalaby also instructed that directional signage and information boards be placed throughout the club to help guide members during and after the voting process, aiming to deliver a seamless and professionally managed election experience.
