Akram Tawfik, Al Ahly’s midfielder, took part in Thursday’s training session at El Tetsh Stadium, as the team starts their preparations for our upcoming match against Zamalek SC.
Tawfik suffered a contusion in his arm during Al Ahly’s previous game against Al Nasr SC on Wednesday night in the Egyptian Cup opener, which caused him to be taken off during the early minutes of the encounter.
On a similar note, the Red Eagles qualified to the Egyptian Cup’s round of 16 after defeating Al Nasr SC 2-1 at Alexandria Stadium.
