Tennis: Al Ahly SC stars crowned champions at ITF World Tennis Tour J60

The ITF World Tennis Tour J60 junior tournament concluded on Sunday at Al Ahly SC’s tennis complex in Cairo’s Gezira district, marking the second consecutive year the club has hosted the event.

The tournament, which began on 3 May, featured more than 120 under-18 players from 20 countries competing in a knockout format.

In Sunday’s singles finals, Al Ahly’s Seif Samih won the boys’ title, while clubmate Rahaf Emad Eldin claimed the girls’ crown.

Officials attending the awards ceremony included Walid Sami, secretary-general of the Egyptian and Arab Tennis Federations, Wael El-Telbani, treasurer of the Egyptian Tennis Federation, and Ahmed Tarek, head of Al Ahly’s tennis department.

The tournament was supervised by Tarek along with technical director Mahmoud Abdel Mobdy, head coach Yomna Hashish and administrative director Ahmed El Laboudi.
