
Volleyball: Women’s African Clubs Championship – Round of 16 Summary
The Women’s African Clubs Championship continued on Sunday at Al Ahly’s headquarters in Cairo, with 18 teams competing in the continental tournament running from 11 to 24 April.
Kenya Pipeline defeated ARSU National Volleyball Club in the round of 16 on Sunday, while Mayo Kani Évolution also booked their place in the quarterfinals after a 3–2 win over Nigeria Customs Service.
Kenya Commercial Bank secured a quarterfinal spot with a 3–0 victory over Gender Light in the round of 16.
Litto Volleyball also advanced to the quarterfinals after defeating Sococim 3–0. Kalibi Volleyball Club beat Vipers 3–2 to progress in the tournament.
