Weiler Press Conference – Al Ahly 3 – 0 FC Masr

Al Ahly defeated FC Masr 3-0 in week 29 of the Egyptian Premier League at Military Academy Stadium.  Our head coach Rene Weiler gave his comments after the game to the press.

On our performance..

We played a good match tonight as we succeeded to control the game and scored an early goal. We won 3-0 and this result showed that we deserved to get the 3 points today.

On the future plans..
We seek to win the Egyptian Cup and the CAF Champions League this season, as there is no coach in the world wants to lose any title.

On El Shahaat…
I am very glad that he is back to action and we cannot judge his form currently as he was aside for a long time due to his injury.

On Ahmed Fathy..
Fathy played today as a winger as we had an issue in this position, so we are trying to find different solutions for any upcoming situation.

On his next step..
I will not speak about anything related to my contract renewal to the press as these things only can be discussed with the club's board.
