Al Ahly SC president Mahmoud El Khatib, congratulated the club’s women basketball team, along with the coaching, administrative, and medical staff, following their well-deserved victory in the 29th Women’s Basketball League Africa (WBLA), which concluded on Sunday.

Al Ahly women’s basketball team claimed the 29th Women’s Basketball League Africa (WBLA) title on Sunday, defeating Mozambique’s Ferroviario Maputo 77-51 in the final.

Al Ahly’s women’s basketball team secured a spot in the final of the 2025 Women’s Basketball League Africa (WBLA) after defeating Rwanda’s APR 85-74 in Saturday’s semifinals.
