Al Ahly’s President, Captain Mahmoud El Khatib congratulated our women’s basketball team on winning the Egyptian Cup. 

El Khatib praised the team’s great fighting spirit tonight against Alexandria Sporting Club, which guided us to an important victory and winning the title. 

Our president also acknowledged the efforts of the coaching staff and the players throughout the whole tournament, as they managed to maintain their great performance and achieve great results which met Al Ahly fans' high expectations.

Moreover, El Khatib stated that winning the Egyptian Cup title is a great achievement, but the upcoming period will demand great efforts from the team in order to keep our fans happy.
