Al Ahly's board of directors, chaired by club president Mahmoud El Khatib, approved the completion of the football department's restructuring plan during their meeting on Monday evening.
The restructuring plan was submitted by vice-president Yassin Mansour and board member Sayed Abdel Hafiz, who have been tasked with overseeing football affairs.
The approved appointments are as follows:
Hussein Ammouta has been appointed Al Ahly head coach on a two-year contract.
Yasser Radwan has joined the club's new coaching staff.
Amr Anwar has been appointed deputy director of the club's academies, with Ahmed El Sayed serving as his assistant.
Ayman Ashraf and Moemen Zakaria have been appointed as assistants to the head of the club's youth sector.
