Dina Amr, Al Ahly women’s basketball team captain, expressed her happiness following the team’s Cairo League triumph.

Our women’s basketball team was crowned champions of the Cairo League after defeating Gezira SC 77-71 on Tuesday.

In her post-match interview, Amr stated that the team’s spirit and determination were the main reasons behind today’s victory.

She also added that winning the Cairo League will further motivate the team win more trophies in the upcoming period.

Amr concluded her interview by stating that although this season will be very competitive, yet the team will exert all their efforts in order to win all the competitions this season.
