Ahmed Abu Abla, Al Ahly's doctor, stated that Hussein El Shahat was ruled out of the travelling squad to El Gouna due to injury. 

The player is suffering from a knee injury and the coaching staff decided to rest him against El Gouna, scheduled on Tuesday.
