Raouf Abdelkader, Al Ahly’s sporting director, expressed his happiness after our men’s volleyball team was crowned champions of the Egyptian League on Wednesday.

“I would like to congratulate the board and Mahmoud el Khatib, Al Ahly’s President. He was keen to call us from Dubai right after the game.”

“We have a good team, which are known as “The Masters” and they are able to deal with such difficult situations. Lastly, we will celebrate today and then we will start focusing on winning the Egyptian Cup.”

Our men’s volleyball team managed to defeat Zamalek SC 3-0 tonight in the final fixture of the Egyptian League to secure the 33rd title in the club’s history.
