Ahly SC outlines General Assembly agenda for 30 and 31 October

Al Ahly Sporting Club’s board of directors has officially called on eligible members to attend the club’s Ordinary General Assembly meeting, scheduled to take place on 30 and 31 October, 2025.

Members who have paid their annual subscription fees for the most recent fiscal year and hold voting rights are invited to participate.

The meeting will cover the following agenda items:

1- Ratification of minutes

Approval of the minutes from the Board of Directors’ meeting held on 8 December 2024, during which the board was granted powers on behalf of the General Assembly.

2- Annual report and activity plan

Review of the Board’s annual report on club activities for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2025 (covering the period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025), along with the proposed activity plan, work programme for the upcoming fiscal year, and the auditor’s report.

3- Financial statements and budget

Approval of the final accounts and financial statements for the year ending 30 June 2025, and discussion of the proposed budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

4- Board elections

Election of a new Board of Directors for the 2025–2029 term.

• The nomination period for candidates wishing to contest the board elections will open on Saturday, 27 September, 2025, and close on Friday, 3 October, 2025. Applications will be accepted daily from 09:00 to 17:00 local time (GMT+3).
