Al Ahly conclude second training session in Tunisia

Al Ahly’s senior football team squad has wrapped up their second training session in Tunisia, held at Olympic Stadium in Radès, in preparation for their upcoming CAF Champions League quarterfinal clash against Esperance Tunis, scheduled for Sunday evening.

The session began with a physical workout, followed by a series of technical and tactical drills, where the coaching staff focused on the key tactical aspects of the upcoming match.

Prior to the training, head coach Jess Thorup held a video analysis session with the players at the team’s hotel to review key instructions.

Thorup made sure to go over the tactical details with the players before the session began, which also included individual goalkeeper training before they joined the team for a ball possession drill.

The first leg will take place at the Olympic Stadium in Radès, with Al Ahly traveling to face their North African rivals.
