Al Ahly’s head of medical staff, Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, stated that the team’s defender Mahmoud Wahid will have a scan on his hamstring to determine the severity of the injury.
Wahid suffered a hamstring injury in the first half of the match against AS Vita Club in Matchday 3 of the CAF Champions League group stage.
Wahid was forced to leave the match and he was substituted by Yasser Ibrahim.
