Al Ahly men’s basketball team qualified to the National League semi-finals after knocking out arch-rivals Zamalek in the quarter-finals.
Our first team lost the second leg 62-59, but we managed to secure our place in the semi-finals as our youth team defeated Zamalek’s youth team earlier on Saturday 67-55.
In the first leg of the quarter-finals, held on Thursday, our first team defeated Zamalek 91-68 while our youth team defeated Zamalek’s youth team 80-51.
