Al Ahly vs Al Merrikh: Match Details Announced

The technical meeting for Al Ahly’s match against Sudan’s Al Merrikh in the first fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage was held today in the club’s premises in Gezira.

Al Ahly was represented in today's meeting by the following:

• Mohamed Morgan: Al Ahly’s Executive Director,
• Sayed Abdelhafiz: Al Ahly’s Director of Football,
• Samir Adly: Al Ahly’s Administrative Director,
• Alaa Salah Eldin: Al Ahly’s Head of Security,
• Wael Mohamed, Mohamed Osama, and Karim Atta: Team’s Administrators.

Al Ahly players will wear red shirts, white shorts, and red socks in the game, while our goalkeeper will wear an all-blue kit.

Whereas the players of Al Merrikh will wear an all-yellow kit, and the opponent's goalkeeper will a green jersey, white shorts, and green socks.

Moreover, both teams are expected to follow all the precautionary and preventive measures that are set to combat the spread of COVID-19.

Finally, both teams are expected to arrive at Cairo Stadium, one hour and 30 minutes before kick-off.

The Red Eagles will face Al Merrikh SC on Tuesday at 8 PM in our opening match of the CAF Champions League group stage.
