Al Ahly’s first-team medical staff, headed by Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, announced that defender Amr El Gazzar will undergo arthroscopic surgery to reconstruct his anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) on Tuesday, 22 September, in Munich under the supervision of German specialist Christian Bral.
Gaballah added that he will travel to Germany with the player on Sunday to complete all arrangements and undergo the necessary medical examinations and tests ahead of the surgery.
