Meet Our Opponent in FIFA Club World Cup: Al Duhail SC
Al Ahly are set to play our first game in FIFA Club World Cup on the 4th of February, 2021, against Qatari champions Al Duhail SC.
The competition’s draw took place on Tuesday at the FIFA headquarters in Zurich.
The Red Eagles qualified to the competition after defeating our arch-rivals Zamalek SC in the CAF Champions League final to clinch our ninth African title in history.
Al Ahly will participate in the competition for the sixth time, to be the second most participated team in the competition’s history.

1- The Qatari team was founded in 2009 as Lekhwiya and then it was renamed as Al Duhail SC and managed to establish themselves as one of the biggest clubs in Qatar.
2- Al Duhail SC will participate in the FIFA Club World Cup for the first time as the champions of the host nation's league.
