Al Ahly defeated Zamalek 31-22 in the final round of the Egyptian men’s handball league at Hassan Mostafa Hall on Saturday, then received the championship shield.
Al Ahly had already secured the title with two rounds to spare.
The triumph marks the Red Eagle’s fourth consecutive league crown and the 27th in the club’s history.
