Komsan: Al Ahly’s Spirit Is Key in Tuesday’s Game

Al Ahly’s assistant coach Sami Komsan revealed that Al Ahly’s spirit will be important in Tuesday’s game against AS Vita Club in Matchday 4 of the CAF Champions League group stage.

“It is an important match and we need to get the three points to continue our journey to defend the African title. We all promised to do our best to win the match.”

“We are able to overcome this challenge. We have the experience needed to deal with this difficult situation.”

“The game will be held at 2:00 PM (Local Time) in hot weather and high humidity on an artificial turf but we do not want to search for excuses and we are here only to win.”

“Al Ahly’s spirit will be important in the match and we must avoid the scenario of the first game in Cairo as we dominated the game but we missed many clear chances and were held to a 2-2 draw.”

“Taher Mohamed Taher, Amr El Soulia and Mohamed Hany participated in the pre-match training and all the players are ready for tomorrow’s match.”

Al Ahly will face AS Vita Club in the fourth fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage on Tuesday at 3:00 PM (Cairo Time) at Stade des Martyrs.
