Al Ahly’s Delegation Arrives in Cairo

Al Ahly’s football first team delegation arrived in Cairo on Friday coming from Qatar after the team managed to win the bronze medal of the FIFA Club World Cup for the second time in the club’s history.

The African champions managed to win the bronze medal in the 2020 FIFA Club World Cup, after defeating Brazil’s Palmeiras 3-2 on penalties.

On a similar note, Al Ahly secured five victories in the club’s six participations in the FIFA Club World Cup to become the African team with the most wins in the competition's history.

As a result, Al Ahly sit in third place behind Real Madrid, who won ten matches, and FC Barcelona, who won seven games.
