Al Amry Farouk Praises Al Ahly’s Performance against AS Vita Club

Al Amry Farouk, Al Ahly’s Vice President and the head of Al Ahly’s delegation to DR Congo, expressed his happiness after Al Ahly’s precious 3-0 victory over AS Vita Club in Matchday 4 of the CAF Champions League group stage. 

“Firstly, I would like to congratulate Al Ahly fans and the club’s board members on the victory over AS Vita Club. The players had a fantastic game and stepped up to the mission to get the three points.”

“It was a difficult match, especially that the game was played on an artificial turf but our players proved that they are capable of dealing with these difficult circumstances.” 

“The meeting of Al Ahly’s President Mahmoud El Khatib with the players before our trip to Kinshasa was very important as our players were motivated and encouraged to do their best in order to win the game. Moreover, El Khatib was in direct contact with the delegation since our arrival.”

“Our only goal is to defend our African title and achieve the 10th African title in the club’s history.”
