Al Ahly board, headed by president Mahmoud El Khatib, decided to grant Al Ahly players a double win bonus after defeating DR Congo's AS Vita Club 3-0 on Tuesday in Matchday 4 of the CAF Champions League group stage.
Al Ahly's director of football Sayed Abdelhafiz stated that the decision comes in recognition of the players' heroic performance in the game.
Al Ahly players will have a five-day rest and the team will be back to training on 23 March.
