Al Ahly senior football team doctor Ahmed Gaballah said head coach Jess Thorup suffered a sudden health issue and was taken to hospital, where he received the necessary medical care under the supervision of the club’s medical staff.
Gaballah said Thorup’s condition was stable and that he was undergoing comprehensive medical examinations and tests as a precaution.
