Al Ahly’s 2026/27 Egypt Capital Cup fixtures confirmed

Al Ahly's senior football team will begin their 2026/27 Egypt Capital Cup campaign against Asyut Petroleum on 8 October at Assiut Cement Stadium, following the tournament draw held on Wednesday in the presence of club representatives.

The Red Eagles have been drawn into Group C alongside Asyut Petroleum SC, Arab Contractors, Al Sharqiya Enppi, and Gouna FC.

Al Ahly's Egypt Capital Cup group-stage fixtures:

Round 1: Asyut Petroleum vs. Al Ahly – 8 October – Assiut Cement Stadium
Round 2: Al Ahly vs. Arab Contractors – 2 December – Cairo International Stadium
Round 3: Bye
Round 4: Al Sharqiya Enppi vs. Al Ahly – 20 January 2027 – Al Salam Stadium
Round 5: Al Ahly vs. Gouna FC – 15 February 2027 – Cairo International Stadium.

The 2026/27 Egypt Capital Cup will feature 20 teams divided into four groups of five. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the quarter-finals.
